1. Introduction and Scope

Infilect Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates as well as subsidiaries (“Infilect”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respect the privacy of everyone who interacts with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit www.infilect.com and its subdomains, request a demonstration, complete a contact or enquiry form, download a case study, whitepaper or other gated resource, subscribe to our communications, register for or attend an event we host, apply for a role with us, or otherwise engage with our marketing and sales activities. It also explains how we use, share, retain and protect that data, and the rights available to you.

This Policy does not apply to the processing we carry out on behalf of our enterprise customers within the InfiViz platform or our other products. Where a customer deploys our products, that customer determines the purposes and means of the processing and Infilect acts as its processor. Our processing in that capacity is governed by the agreement with that customer.
