1. Introduction and Scope
Infilect Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates as well as subsidiaries (“Infilect”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respect the privacy of everyone who interacts with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit www.infilect.com and its subdomains, request a demonstration, complete a contact or enquiry form, download a case study, whitepaper or other gated resource, subscribe to our communications, register for or attend an event we host, apply for a role with us, or otherwise engage with our marketing and sales activities. It also explains how we use, share, retain and protect that data, and the rights available to you.
This Policy does not apply to the processing we carry out on behalf of our enterprise customers within the InfiViz platform or our other products. Where a customer deploys our products, that customer determines the purposes and means of the processing and Infilect acts as its processor. Our processing in that capacity is governed by the agreement with that customer.

- To our affiliates within the Infilect group, for the purposes set out in this Policy;
- To professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations;
- To a purchaser or prospective purchaser, and to their advisers and financing sources, in connection with a merger, acquisition, investment, reorganisation, or sale of shares or assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections, and to any successor entity following completion of such a transaction; and
- To a court, regulator or law enforcement authority where required by applicable law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
7. International Transfers
Infilect operates in India and the United States and uses cloud infrastructure located in multiple regions. Personal data collected through this website may therefore be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries other than the one in which it was collected.
Where personal data originating in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred to a country that has not been the subject of an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with such supplementary technical and organisational measures as are appropriate following a transfer risk assessment. - Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated;
- Have your data erased;
- Restrict or object to processing, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have it transmitted to another organisation;
- Withdraw consent where consent is our legal basis;
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
- In the United States, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and of certain profiling, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
We do not carry out automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
To exercise a right, contact us at support@infilect.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and in any event within 30 days, and we will tell you if we need longer. We may ask you for information to verify your identity, and we may decline a request where we are unable to verify it. You may use an authorised agent where the law applicable to you permits this. There is no charge for exercising a right, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising one.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may complain to your supervisory authority or, in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
This website is directed at business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not direct any part of this website at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact support@infilect.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links and Separate Product Sites
The website links to third-party sites and services, including social media platforms, video platforms, app stores and, in some cases, separate product websites operated by Infilect or its affiliates under their own domains. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of third-party sites. Where you follow a link to a separate Infilect product site that publishes its own privacy notice, that notice governs your use of that site. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you visit.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the effective date is stated at the top. Where a change is material we will provide prominent notice on the website and, where required, seek your consent. Superseded versions are retained in our document control system and are available on request.
13. Contact and Grievance Redressal
A grievance will be acknowledged within 120 hours of receipt and resolved within 30 days.
